SkyRoute
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Solviser India Private Limited (“Solviser”, “we”, “us”), registered office Office No. 29, Shri Krishna Complex, 1st Floor, Nani-Chirai, Kachchh, Gujarat 370201, India. They cover your use of the SkyRoute app on Android, iOS and the web, and its related services (the “App”).
By installing, opening or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Drive safely: important notice
Please read this carefully
- Your safety and the law come first. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, signals, police instructions and actual road conditions, even when the App says otherwise.
- Do not handle your phone while driving. Set your destination before you start. Use voice alerts, a passenger, or a properly mounted phone, and follow the law on mobile phone use while driving.
- Information may be wrong or late. Traffic, closures, weather, tolls, speed limits, speed breakers, services and arrival times come from third-party and public sources. They can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Use them as guidance, not as a guarantee.
- Do not rely on the App alone in an emergency. SOS, crash detection, Ride Watch and check-ins are aids that depend on your phone, battery, signal, permissions and the people you choose. They are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.
3. Who can use SkyRoute
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you drive, you are responsible for holding a valid licence and meeting every legal requirement for your vehicle.
4. Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the App, remove its notices, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law expressly allows.
5. Your account
You can sign in with Google, with a one-time code sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp, or with an email profile stored on your device. Give accurate information and keep your device and sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your account and app data are stored on your device. If you lose the device or uninstall the App, that data may be lost. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your SkyRoute data.
6. Trusted contacts and messages
When you add trusted contacts, you confirm that you have their permission to store their name and number and to send them trip, check-in, arrival and SOS messages. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp or SMS app when you tap send, and your carrier's or WhatsApp's charges and terms apply. We cannot guarantee that a message is delivered or read.
7. Third-party data and services
The App shows information from third parties, including Google, OpenStreetMap contributors, OpenWeatherMap, TomTom, Open-Meteo, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and public NHAI toll data. That information belongs to its providers, is subject to their terms, and may change or stop at any time.
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. Weather data by OpenWeatherMap. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
The App can open other apps, such as WhatsApp, your dialler, or Google or Apple Maps. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for anything illegal, or in a way that endangers you or others;
- track, monitor or share someone else's location or details without their consent;
- send false SOS or alert messages, or harass anyone through the App;
- scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the App, our servers or our providers' services; or
- get around rate limits, security features or access controls.
9. Price
SkyRoute is currently free, with no in-app purchases and no ads. Your mobile data charges apply. If we ever introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms clearly before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, name and logo belong to Solviser or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
11. Changes, availability and updates
We may add, change or remove features, or suspend the App for maintenance or because a provider changes its service. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free or available in every area. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
12. Disclaimer
As far as the law allows, the App and all information in it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Routes may include roads that are closed, unsafe, restricted for your vehicle, or unsuitable at the time you travel. You decide whether a route is safe and legal to use.
13. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Solviser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of time, data, fuel, tolls, bookings or opportunities. This includes losses from relying on traffic, weather, route, toll, speed or arrival information, and from SOS or alert messages that are not delivered.
Because the App is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Solviser for claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your breach of a law or another person's rights, including the rights of your trusted contacts.
15. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting your data and uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the App. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law, survive termination.
16. If you downloaded SkyRoute from the Apple App Store
- These Terms are between you and Solviser only, not Apple. Solviser, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Solviser, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the App, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
- Solviser, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and handling any claim that the App infringes someone's intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile data provider's terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
17. If you downloaded SkyRoute from Google Play
Your use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to settle the matter. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Kachchh, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have by law where you live.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the App. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
