SOLVISER DATA DELETION POLICY
Solviser India Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 29, Shri Krishna Complex, Nani-Chirai-Kachchh, Gujarat-370201, India, (hereinafter referred to as “SOLVISER” & “MSMESOLVISER”) is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.
This Data Deletion Information page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and account information from our systems, what data will be deleted, what data we may be required to retain, and the timeline within which your request will be processed.
By accessing, using or registering with our Website (www.solviser.com) or our mobile applications, you acknowledge having read and understood this Data Deletion Policy along with our Privacy Policy and General Terms & Conditions.
1) YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
As a user of SOLVISER services, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account information at any time. We respect your right to privacy and will honor all valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other relevant regulations.
You may request deletion of your data for any reason, including but not limited to: withdrawal of consent, discontinuation of services, closure of your account, or any other personal preference.
2) HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
2.1) IN-APP DELETION REQUEST
Logged-in users can initiate a data deletion request directly from within the SOLVISER application by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your identity and submit the deletion request.
2.2) EMAIL REQUEST
You can send a written request for data deletion to our support team at support@solviser.com. Please include the following details in your email:
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- Registered full name
- Registered email address and mobile number
- Company name and GST number (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation that you understand the consequences of account deletion
2.3) WRITTEN REQUEST
You may also send a written request by post to: Solviser India Private Limited, 29, Shri Krishna Complex, Nani-Chirai-Kachchh, Gujarat-370201, India.
3) VERIFICATION OF DELETION REQUEST
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, SOLVISER will verify your identity before processing any deletion request. Verification may include:
- Confirmation via OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email address
- Verification of account credentials
- Submission of government-issued identification (in certain cases)
- Additional security questions if needed
If we are unable to verify your identity, we may decline the deletion request or request additional information.
4) DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED
Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our active systems:
- Personal information: name, email address, phone number, residential and business address
- Identification details: PAN, Aadhaar, GSTN, and other government-issued IDs provided by you
- Company and business profile information
- Banking and payment-related details (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Account credentials, login details, and authentication tokens
- User-generated content, uploaded documents, reports, and notes
- Communication history with SOLVISER support (within retention limits)
- Behavioral data, preferences, and usage analytics tied to your identity
- Marketing preferences and consent records
5) DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Notwithstanding your deletion request, SOLVISER may be required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes. Such data may include:
- Transaction records and invoices, as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, GST Act, and Companies Act, 2013
- Records mandated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or other regulatory authorities
- Information required to comply with court orders, legal proceedings, or law enforcement requests
- Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you personally
- Records relating to ongoing disputes, fraud investigations, or audit trails
- Backup copies retained in secure archives for a limited duration before being purged
Retained data will be stored securely, restricted from active use, and deleted once the legal retention period expires.
6) TIMELINE FOR PROCESSING DELETION REQUESTS
SOLVISER strives to process all valid data deletion requests within the following timelines:
- Acknowledgment: Within 3 (three) business days of receiving your request
- Verification: Within 7 (seven) business days from acknowledgment
- Active data deletion: Within 30 (thirty) days of successful verification
- Backup data purge: Within 90 (ninety) days from active data deletion
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted from our active systems.
7) CONSEQUENCES OF DATA DELETION
Please note that once your data is deleted, the following consequences will apply:
- You will permanently lose access to your SOLVISER account and all associated services
- All saved reports, generated insights, dashboards, and uploaded documents will be irrecoverable
- Active subscriptions, plans, or memberships will be cancelled without refund unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy
- Any unused credits, benefits, or rewards will be forfeited
- You will not be able to recover the deleted data, even if you re-register with the same email address or mobile number
- Outstanding payments, dues, or obligations must be settled before deletion is processed
8) THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING AND DELETION
Where SOLVISER has shared your data with third-party service providers, affiliates, or partners for service delivery (such as payment gateways, KYC verification agencies, GST APIs, or credit bureaus), we will make reasonable efforts to notify them of your deletion request. However, retention and deletion practices of such third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.
9) PARTIAL DATA DELETION
If you do not wish to delete your entire account but want specific information removed, you may request partial deletion by contacting support@solviser.com with details of the specific data fields you wish to delete. Partial deletion is subject to operational feasibility and may impact the functionality of certain services.
10) WITHDRAWAL OF DELETION REQUEST
You may withdraw a pending deletion request at any time before the active deletion is processed by sending an email to support@solviser.com. Once active deletion is completed, the request cannot be reversed and your data cannot be restored.
11) DELETION OF MINOR’S DATA
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete the account and all related information. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@solviser.com to request deletion of a minor’s data.
12) GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
If your deletion request is denied, delayed, or processed incorrectly, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer:

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable laws.
13) REJECTION OF DELETION REQUEST
SOLVISER reserves the right to reject a data deletion request in cases including but not limited to:
- Failure to verify the identity of the requestor
- Pending payments, dues, or contractual obligations
- Ongoing legal proceedings, disputes, or investigations involving the user
- Statutory or regulatory obligations requiring retention of data
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the deletion request
In all such cases, SOLVISER will communicate the reason for rejection in writing.
14) CHANGES TO THIS DATA DELETION POLICY
SOLVISER reserves the right to update or amend this Data Deletion Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle data deletion.
